'CJ' stands for civilian jeep and 'MB' is military jeep. Its a willys MB of world war II era. A very tough built jeep.

The first civilian jeep was a Willys CJ 2, built with the surplus military MBs after the war ended in that year.
Willys Overland was awarded the rights to use the name " JEEP", as their contribution was more towards developing the wonder machine called Jeep.
The modified Willys CJ2A was introduced in 1946 and the famous CJ3A was built sometime in 1948 till 1953, when the legendary Willys CJ3B appeared with the Hurricane engine.
Before that jeeps were fitted with the side valve Go Devil engines.
CJ series actually started with the CJ2A and came with heavier gearbox T90, and semi floating rear axle Dana 41.
Jeeps went on becoming heavier and became ugly as some experts see them. The WW II jeep is the most versatile example.

I am restoring a 1960 model CJ3B to match exact Indian Army looks. It is a Right hand drive.

UBS - Danish is having problems trying to find a Solex Carburettor for this CJ3B. Any idea where we can get one ?
