Info wanted......

PostAuthor: the hunter » Mon May 14, 2012 6:41 pm

Does anyone recently purchased or know any person to purchase IOF Pump Action Shotgun brand new from IOF or from any dealer. Recently heard from someone that IOF has once again opened up sales to civilians for their Pump Action shotguns.
Thanks in advance.
Cheers

Humm Harvinder bhai, am once again crest fallen. This is clearly violative of Article 19 and 21 of the Constitution as they are discriminating. What else?

Of course violative of Article 19 and 21 of the Constitution. Any official or legal reason they are giving for not selling IOF Pump Action Shotgun?

Unless this matter is taken up properly in High Court or Supreme Court with a water tight case, this nonsense seems to have no end.

Absolutely agree with you K98. Am planning of shooting of an RTI application and post the vacation am willing to move the Hon'ble Delhi High Court. But before that in order to make my case stronger I have already applied for a SBBL licence since it cannot be a PIL.

Excellent initiative. Please keep us updated about the outcome of RTI application and the court case.
