IOF .22 revolver

PostAuthor: gungeek » Sun Jun 29, 2008 12:53 am

Here is the photographs of my IOF .22 revolver which i purchased recently. I am satisfied with its performance. There is some problem in ejecting KF rounds after firing, but imported rounds works fine. It is very light weighted and very easy to carry. And the cheapest revolver available in Indian market.

What is the problem in a revolver ? All seven will be ejected or can be ejected with an old knitting needle broken in two pieces or an old bicycle spoke. Keep one handy in your car.

It is a very good weapon, only 25 to 30 % less powerful ( Me ) than a .32 revolver or .32 ACP the other commonly available stuff in India.

Good buy. Bought it from where ? Allahabad or Kanpur ?

Hi Danish,
How is the revolver doing?
Can you fire a CCI stinger with it?
Are the grips original?

Yes,it is indeed a good revolver for that price :!: I had one for some time, except for the KF ammo ejection problem there is nothing wrong with it,imported ammo works absolutely fine with empties getting ejected smoothly from the revolving chamber,I enjoyed shooting that revolver

You can buy this revolver if your budget is less. Avoid shooting KF cartridges as it has problem in ejecting them.
