Re: CCI Stinger as a self defense round

My own tests also confirm to Stinger as - perhaps the best .22 LR ammo ever made for field use.

Re: My Weapon!!!

How many grains is a 25-35 ? 6.5 x 52 would be a .256, its 6.5 x 52R rather.

Re: New KF Special cartridges from IOF

Only to NRAI members who hold a valid license for that calibre.

Finished this lot, they shot well. Even patterened them on a board at the shooting club.

Need fresh stocks - about 4 to 6 boxes of No. 6 shot, does anyone know which dealer has them?

Re: THE MAN EATER OF FAIZABAD

High time this beast is shot. If it is a Tigress with cubs, all of them will turn man eaters as well.

Re: THE MAN EATER OF FAIZABAD

After Faizabad now Shajahanpur (U.P) is in the news. A Tiger has turned Man eater and two human kills have been recorded to date.

I would love to be a part of tracking & shooting this one if the Govt. declares it a Maneater and offers a shooting permit for it.

Re: .458 win magnum, The Tiger Killer

Its a rather odd position where the scope mount is fixed, its not exactly on the reciever, would love to see the rifle and see where the binding of this scope mount goes.

Re: 25mm & 30mm Scopes

What is important here is the twilight factor. The ratio between the objective lens dia, and the recieving lens. More light gathering by the objective bell mached by a large exit pupil lens will definetely give more clarity to the scope image, but there are other considerations too, typ of shooting,...

Re: Optimum Shotgun Performance

Thats the way, my own skeet coach asks me to move my hand on a ppoint where the wall meets the ceiling following the hand movement first with open eyes, then with eyes closed when checked it should be the same. Certain clays like stn # 8 in skeet in nothing but proper gun and self position, no swing...
