In my knowledge, Shotgun (SBBL / DBBL) license stands separate from NPB Rifle license. They are different categories and hence would need you to apply once again for 'addition' for the Rifle license.

The pump in the same package will pass through.
Don't even think of importing any pellets... the whole package will get stuck, IF you are unlucky. Sometimes they let packages go through without even opening, but sometimes they open them and if they find pellets, WELL...

The club membership papers etc. will also have to be sent to FEDEX in your city. They accept email attachments. The docs are required by customs in India, rather than in US, hence....
